PRICE REDUCED TO $350!.....I can carry it to the Mt Rushmore Rally if a buyer wants to save shipping costs!!!!!!!!!!
I just replaced this "barely used" Rota Flex king pin on my Cardinal 3150 with a Mor/Ryde. Why? Simply because the Rota Flex was too long of a pin to fit my Dodge 3500 standard bed truck while still permitting a 90 degree pivot.
Specifically, the Rota Flex is designed to replace a Lippert 1621L or Lippert Number 161445. Distance from back row of bolts to the King Pin is 25 5/8 inches.
Pictures available upon request. The Cardinal was pulled 3-4 times by the previous owner and I pulled it 20 miles to my house. It is a like new king pin that utilizes a proprietary rubber compound in a torsion application to absorb the transfer of fore to aft motion between the 5th wheel and the tow vehicle. Pictures available upon request.
My Price = $425. Price new = $599.
This Rota Flex is located near Colorado Springs. Due to the shipping weight estimated at 160 lbs, I cannot ship it but would be willing to meet anyone along the Colorado Front Range (Fort Collins south to Trinidad) to effect a transfer.

Re: Rota Flex Pin Box by Trail Air
How do you like the Mor/Ryde for pulling compared to the Trail Air?

Re: Rota Flex Pin Box by Trail Air
Sorry for being slow to get back to you. I really can't compare the RotaFlex vs the MorRyde. I was one of the unlucky guys who couldn't turn the rig with the RotaFlex due to it being too long to fit my truck bed, so I drove my Cardinal home from the lot where I purchased it and parked it until I was able to get the MorRyde installed. I did drive the rig with the MorRyde afer I installed it and compared to the old Lippert hitch on my Cedar Creek I noticed a remarkable decrease in the chucking motion. My suspicion is that the Rota Flex and the MorRyde are very similar in their control of the chucking motion.
